I’m currently at 21726. Yeah. I am really that far behind? Has this every happened before? I’m not so sure.
I’m not worried… not really… but I do have that – unsettled feeling – in me though. It doesn’t feel like NaNo when I don’t write at least a little every other day. It’s not like me to literally not touch the novel for days on end – an entire week, even. But that’s how it works when you get busy.
It’ll be fascinating to see how this novel develops on hyper speed.
My goal for the end of the weekend is 35,000. Still behind at that point, but oh so do-able. How will I accomplish this feat?
Hot chocolate, Ben & Jerry’s Triple Caramel Chunk ice cream, and hopefully some Zoe-love.
